Dear Customer,

We are contacting you to inform you of an update to our commercial brand, effective 1 August 2026.

As part of our ongoing commitment to continue growing and offer an increasingly personal, modern and specialised service, Gironovo Energy will begin operating commercially under the Canaluz brand.

This change is part of our corporate evolution and reflects our aim of unifying our commercial identity under a single brand, while maintaining the same standards of quality, personal service and excellence that have characterised us to date.

It is very important to stress that this change does NOT mean a change of electricity supplier. The supplier remains exactly the same: ATENCO ENERGÍA, S.L. The only change is the commercial brand under which the services will be provided, from Gironovo Energy to Canaluz.

Consequently, this change does not entail any modification to the supply contract, the agreed financial terms, the CUPS supply point code, billing, direct debit arrangements, or the customer’s rights and obligations. Your electricity supply will continue as normal and you will not need to take any action.

You will also continue to be able to access your Customer Area using your current login details, with all its existing features.

The only update you will notice concerns our corporate image and contact details, which will now correspond to the Canaluz brand. From the date this change takes effect, the following will be updated:

The sole purpose of these updates is to adapt our commercial identity to the new Canaluz brand. They will not affect your contractual relationship or electricity supply in any way.

We will continue working with the same commitment, professionalism and dedication to service as always.
